Fredle, a kitchen mouse finds himself outside and no mouse ever returns from outside. Should he just wait for the cat to come get him, should he try to find his way back to the kitchen or should he forget what he's been told and explore the new world before him.

Tuesdays at the Castle by Jessica Day George
King and Queen Glower have been ambushed and the surrounding kingdoms are wondering if they should invade. Surely they could take the kingdom away from three kids. What they don't know is that they have to conquer the castle too which adds rooms, staircases and even wings on Tuesday and seems to have a mind of it's own.
